An authorised retailer
We're an authorised SharkNinja retailer. Everything we sell is genuine stock supplied through the manufacturer's own distribution network, and it carries the full manufacturer guarantee from the day you buy it.
That's worth saying plainly, because it isn't true of every seller. Machines bought outside the authorised network are frequently not covered by the guarantee at all, and counterfeit filters, blades and accessories are common enough to be worth avoiding on purpose. A manufacturer can't support a machine it can't verify.
If something goes wrong, you deal with us. We handle the claim rather than leaving you to argue with a support line about whether your machine is real.
Two-year guarantee
Ninja and Shark products come with a 2-year manufacturer guarantee. Other products we sell carry the guarantee stated on their product page.
Register your machine with the manufacturer when it arrives. It takes a couple of minutes, it makes any future claim far simpler, and it means the manufacturer can reach you directly if a safety notice is ever issued.
Why we keep the range tight
Most online retailers list thousands of products nobody in the building has ever used.
We'd rather know a smaller range well enough to tell you which model actually suits you — including when the cheaper one is the right answer, which happens more often than you'd think. If you're choosing between two air fryers and the difference is a setting you'll never use, we'll say so.
What we won't do
We won't oversell. If the entry model does what you've described, that's what we'll point you at.
We won't invent claims. What a machine does and how well it does it is set out in the manufacturer's own information. We'll point you at it rather than embellish it.
We won't fake our reviews. No incentives for positive ones, no quietly removing critical ones.
We won't sell grey imports. Genuine stock only, in the electrical specification for your country.
