Warranty & Registration
We're an authorised retailer
We're an authorised SharkNinja retailer. Every machine we sell is genuine stock supplied through the manufacturer's own network, and it carries the full manufacturer guarantee from the date you buy it from us.
Machines bought outside the authorised network are frequently not covered by the guarantee at all. A marketplace listing at an unusually good price is usually unusual for a reason.
Your guarantee
Ninja and Shark products come with a 2-year manufacturer guarantee.
Other products we sell carry the manufacturer's guarantee for that product, and the period is stated on its product page. If you're not sure what applies to something you've bought, email us with your order number and we'll tell you.
Register your machine
Register your machine with the manufacturer as soon as it arrives, through the Ninja or Shark website for your country.
Registration takes a couple of minutes and makes any future claim far simpler — the manufacturer can see the model, the purchase date and that it came from an authorised retailer without you having to prove any of it. It also means they can reach you directly if a safety notice is ever issued for your model.
Keep your order confirmation from us. It's your proof of purchase and the start date for both the manufacturer guarantee and your rights against us.
Making a claim
Contact us first. Email sales@ninjasharkoutlet.com with your order number, the model, the serial number if you can find it, and a description of the fault, with a photo or short video if there's something to see.
Serial numbers are usually on a label on the base of the machine, inside a compartment, or under the dust cup.
We'll deal with the manufacturer for you. That's part of what buying from an authorised retailer gets you.
If the fault falls outside the manufacturer guarantee, you may still have rights against us under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Being outside a guarantee period doesn't automatically mean you're out of options, and we'll tell you where you stand rather than closing the conversation.
What the guarantee doesn't cover
Manufacturer guarantees cover defects. They generally don't cover:
- Accidental damage, drops and impacts
- Blockages and damage caused by not cleaning or maintaining the machine
- Normal wear on consumable parts — filters, brush rolls, blades, seals and belts
- Damage from using non-genuine parts or accessories
- Liquid damage beyond what the machine is rated for
- Descaling failures and limescale damage where the machine wasn't descaled as instructed
- Use contrary to the instructions
- Commercial use, where the guarantee is for domestic use
Wear isn't a fault. A filter that needs replacing after six months is doing exactly what it's meant to do.
Genuine parts matter
Counterfeit filters, blades, brush rolls and accessories are widespread, and they're not a harmless saving.
Non-genuine parts perform badly, can damage the machine, and void the manufacturer guarantee. A cheap filter that restricts airflow will eventually cost you a motor.
Every part and accessory we sell is genuine and comes through the same authorised supply chain as the machines.
Your rights aren't replaced by a guarantee
A manufacturer guarantee is something extra, given voluntarily by the manufacturer. It sits alongside your legal rights and doesn't replace them.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they're not, your rights are against us as the retailer. Full detail is in our refund policy and terms of sale.
Safety notices and recalls
If a safety notice or recall is issued for a product you've bought from us, we'll contact you using the details on your order, so keep them current.
If a machine overheats, smokes, smells of burning, sparks, or has a swollen or damaged battery, stop using it, unplug it or stop charging it, and contact us straight away on 0800 862 0452. Don't post it until we've told you how.
