We're an authorised SharkNinja retailer. Everything we sell comes through the manufacturer's own distribution network, and it carries the full manufacturer guarantee from the day you buy it.
That matters more than it sounds. Machines bought outside the authorised network frequently aren't covered by the guarantee at all, and counterfeit filters, blades and brush rolls are common enough to be worth avoiding on purpose. A manufacturer can't support a machine it can't verify.
If something goes wrong, you deal with us. We handle the claim rather than leaving you to prove to a support line that your machine is real.

Your two-year guarantee
Every Ninja and Shark product comes with a 2-year manufacturer guarantee. Other products carry the guarantee shown on their product page.
Register your machine with the manufacturer when it arrives. It takes two minutes, it makes any future claim far simpler, and it means they can reach you directly if a safety notice is ever issued.
Keep your order confirmation. It's your proof of purchase and the start date for both the guarantee and your legal rights against us.
Free delivery, UK and US
Free on every order, to both countries, with no minimum spend and no threshold to reach. No surcharges for the Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland.
Orders are checked and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and usually land within a week, tracked and insured the whole way.
We ship machines in the electrical specification for your country, so a US order arrives with a US plug and the correct voltage rating. We don't sell a 230V machine to a 120V country and leave you to find an adaptor.

Free returns if something's faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

We won't oversell. If the entry model does what you've described, that's what we'll point you at. It's a smaller sale and a better shop.
We won't invent claims. What a machine does, and how well, is set out in the manufacturer's own information. We point you at it rather than embellish it.
We won't fake our reviews. No incentives for positive ones, no quietly removing critical ones.
We won't sell grey imports. Genuine stock, correct specification, guarantee intact.
