Ninja and Shark are trade marks of SharkNinja Operating LLC. Other manufacturer names, model names, trade marks, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners. We use them under the terms of our authorised retailer agreement and to identify the goods we sell.

Product specifications, performance figures and test results originate with the manufacturer and may change without notice. The manufacturer's own documentation is the authority on what a machine does and how it should be used.

Guarantees

Ninja and Shark products carry a 2-year manufacturer guarantee. Other products carry the manufacturer's guarantee stated on their product page. Guarantees are given by the manufacturer and sit alongside your legal rights against us, which they do not replace.

UK customers can get free independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service, which also refers matters to Trading Standards. US customers can contact their state Attorney General's consumer protection office.
